The master place you can swap your Pokémon is in Jubilife Village.
Just head to the correct side of the village on the map and you'll notice the Pokémon Pasture. Hither you'll notice all the Pokémon you lot've caught on your gamble. If the pasture is getting too busy, you tin always release the Pokémon back into the wild, and in substitution, you'll receive some items. You lot're going to be catching significantly more Pokémon than usual on this journey, so don't get besides attached when you need to release forty Magikarp back into the wild!
Y'all can too swap your Pokémon at any military camp in the game. When you lot're out in the field, look for the NPC adjacent to the professor wearing red robes. He'll offer to swap your Pokémon for you, and you can also buy some items from him. This is much more helpful than having to travel back and along from Jubilife, especially if y'all're just looking to quickly evolve something.
